Home. Hogar

People use to say that Home is where you -or your heart- is. To me home is where I am, where I have been and where I will be -or not- sometime. It is also where friends and family live. Home is a place, is people, and it is what there is in our hearts. To make the world home is not so easy for me actually, who have been living in different places, cultures and languages -even if this looks contradictory- is a "état de esprit", a feeling, that I may have just for few moments once in a while or can guide my life. It has to be spontaneous though. I try to have a "light heart" , only then I feel at home in space and time. And you?



La gente suele decir que el hogar es donde estas o donde tu corazón esta (que no siempre es el mismo lugar) Para mi, mi casa es donde estoy, donde he estado y donde estaré -o no- en algún momento. También es donde mi familia y amigos viven. El hogar es un lugar, es la gente, y donde nuestro corazón va. Hacer del mundo nuestro hogar no es tan fácil para mi, sobre todo después de haber vivido en distintos lugares con culturas y lenguas diferentes, -aunque parezca una contradicción- es un "état de esprit", un sentimiento, que puedes tener por momentos de vez en cuando o puede guiar tu vida. Tiene que ser espontaneo. Trato de tener el "corazón ligero", solo entonces me siento en casa en espacio y tiempo. Y tu?
